Founded in 2011, Kunshan Chenyun Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Kunshan City, which ranks first among China's Top 100 Counties. Adjacent to Shanghai, China's economic and cultural center as well as the country's largest city, it takes about 30 minutes by car to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and around 90 minutes to Shanghai Port, boasting convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities.

Specializing in the processing and manufacturing of precision metal parts, the company has a workforce of 80 employees, including R&D engineers, technical engineers and quality engineers, with an annual sales volume of nearly RMB 80 million. Among the total sales, 50% come from export business, mainly to Europe and North America. The company is equipped with 80 sets of various imported machine tools covering a full range of types: Swiss-type lathes for processing micro parts with a minimum machining diameter of 0.3 mm; turn-mill composite centers for machining disc and shaft parts with a maximum machining diameter of 400 mm; five-axis machining centers capable of processing parts with extremely complex features; as well as grinding machines that meet ultra-high precision requirements. To ensure high quality standards, the company has a complete set of testing equipment, including Hexagon coordinate measuring machines, Mitutoyo contour measuring instruments, Mitutoyo roughness testers, 2D measuring instruments, pneumatic measuring instruments, CCD optical sorters, Vickers and Rockwell hardness testers, etc. We have mature supporting processes, such as heat treatment, anodizing, sandblasting, spraying, polishing, PVD, passivation, Geomet and other surface treatment technologies.

The parts we produce are mainly applied in the following fields:

1. Transmission parts: Precision worm gears, widely used in automotive rearview mirror folding, automotive window lifting, articulated arm rotation and other fields.

2. Valve parts: Cartridge valves, gas meters, pressure reducing valves, proportional valves, check valves and other valve parts applied in automobiles, engineering vehicles, chemical industry, shipping and other fields.

3. Fitting parts: Sealed pipe thread fittings, pipe joints, water-cooled connectors and other precision fittings used in building pipelines, ship pipelines, automotive battery packs and other fields.

4. Exhaust system metal connectors: Exhaust pipe fixing connectors for the chassis of various sports cars and motorcycles.

5. Communication connectors: Various RF connectors such as pins, shells and insulators.

6. Stapler parts: Precision parts for minimally invasive surgeries including various cannulas, firing mechanisms and hemostatic forceps.

7. Other various precision parts.
